One way to find out if there is a progress on your health and body is to measure your fitness level regularly. Attending fitness centers who have trained staff who can evaluate your body composition, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance can make you spend money . If you don’t have access to all the tools of your own gym, don’t panic. You have everything you need to measure your fitness level in your own house. These 5 easy ways can make you to monitor your fitness level everyday and make you spend no money.

Evaluating Fitness Level

Boys: less than 10:30 minutes

Girls: less than 11:30 minutes

 

  • One minute push up

Boys: greater than 45

Girls: greater than 35

  • Body Mass Index

    Body Mass Index (BMI) is a person’s weight in kilograms divided by the square of height in meters. A high BMI can be an indicator of high body fatness. BMI can be used to screen for weight categories that may lead to health problems but it is not diagnostic of the body fatness or health of an individual.
